Sunrise Movers understands that many of our clients have items that require acute attention to move.

Our team is capable and willing to perform moves on all these items. We only ask you to understand that we do not include them in our hourly rates due to the nature and liability involved in moving specialty items. Instead, they carry an independent surcharge. 

Still, we are happy to accommodate our clients' needs, no matter the challenge. Below you'll find a list of specialty items we most frequently encounter and our standard surcharges. For answers to any additional questions and a free moving estimate, call Sunrise Movers today.

Specialty Items:

• Gun safe (200 - 700 lbs.)
• Piano (spinet, upright, baby grand)
• Arcade games
• Large toolboxes
• All extraordinary items not listed above

Surcharges:

• $250.00 flat fee minimum for each individual item

Gun safes:

• $1/lb. for every gun safe

Pianos:

• Spinet: $200.00
• Upright: $500.00
• Baby Grand: $500.00

Televisions: Charged at a flat rate per TV

• Under 42": $50.00 each
• 43" - 64":  $100.00 each
• Above 65":  $250.00 each
